Fermator door system

1.PM door operator

A.PM Motor:

1).Great torque, low speed motors, stall torque reach 8N/M

2).High efficiency, the rotors of synchronous motor are of no wear and tear, output efficiency is 86%.

3).Energy saving, envioronmental protection. the rotors are made of permanent magnet material, no consumption of excitation current if use 110W asynchronous motor, output efficiency only equals with 48W PM motor.

B. Controller:

1).High speed core, 32-bit CPU adopted as core, computing speed exceeds greatly than that of 16-bit CPU, provide a favorable guarantee for high performance control.

2).Low noise, DIPM power Modules, 15KPM carrier wave, frequency far exceeds the hearing thresh old of human being, no noise caused by electromagnetic vibration.

3).Strong anti-interference ability, can resist lightning, voltage drop, static, surge voltage, etc.

2.AC Asynchronous door operator

A. AC Asynchronous

1).AC induction motor can use vector control and VF control. if VF control adopted, speed sensor would not be necessary.

The method of control is simple, meanwhile, same controller can drive several similar motors.

2).Vector control, AC induction motor only needs speed information, angle information are not necessary, therefore, encoder only adopts increment. besides, AC induction motor operates without initial position, during appication of door system, not necessary to study pole position and absolute encoder.

3). AC induction motor has no demagnetization problem. AC motor stall torque is rather big, can be applied to more door types.

B. Controller

1). The method of control is simple, same controller can drive several similar motors.

2). It is applicable to door open width with heavy load.
